⦠Lewis, The Trial Book Fallacy, 188 .
This is the four-page proof that DGR had printed of two late additions to his soon-to-be-published 1870 Poems. The two poems included in this proof are âLove-Sweetnessâ and âHe and Iâ. Lewis (188) notes the existence of two copies, one in the British Library (Ashley 1402) and another copy in the Huntington. A third copy exists, however, bound up with Alice Boyd's copy of the Second Trial Book.
